  • Direct a brownfield portfolio of 100+ projects, each ranging from US$10M to US$300M, across initiation, FEED, and EPC phases, ensuring alignment with LNG business objectives.
  • Lead project planning and controls teams to govern a distributed portfolio executed by 10+ FEED contractors and 10+ EPC contractors, enforcing standardized project controls frameworks and execution methodologies.
  • Approve and assure contractor planning deliverables, including planning packages, baseline schedules, schedule basis, methodologies, level 5 hourly plans, schedule risk assessments, impact of variations, and claim resolutions.

  • Conduct in-depth schedule and progress analyses, diagnose bottlenecks and slippages, identify critical paths and trends, forecast and track earned value EVM, and recommend delay mitigation and recovery strategies to PMT
