How to delete your account
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Open the account or settings area where deletion controls are available.
- Confirm the deletion prompt. This action is intended to remove your active account and portfolio data.
- If you cannot access your account, email privacy@aranish.uk from the email address associated with the account.
What active data is deleted
- Account profile details and login records connected to your CVfy account.
- Uploaded resumes, images, and editable portfolio content stored by CVfy.
- Published CVfy portfolio pages and slugs controlled by CVfy.
- Testimonials and reviews associated with your account, unless retention is legally required.
What may remain for a limited time
Deletion is not a promise that every copy disappears instantly from every system. Backups, logs, security records, payment or abuse records, legal holds, provider records, browser caches, search engine caches, and copies made by third parties may remain for a limited period or as required by law.
Published content warning
If your portfolio was public, other people or services may have copied, cached, archived, screenshotted, or indexed it. CVfy can remove content from systems it controls, but cannot guarantee deletion from search engines, archives, social platforms, email, browser caches, or third-party copies.
Timeline
Dashboard deletion is intended to remove active product data promptly. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days unless more time is needed to verify identity, comply with law, protect security, resolve disputes, or complete provider-side deletion cycles.
Identity verification
CVfy may ask for information needed to verify that the requester controls the account. We may reject requests that cannot be verified, are abusive, conflict with legal obligations, or would compromise another person's privacy or security.
